“We will always choose the sustainable option in everything we do.”

Panaz Sustainability Mission Statement

Proud of our Legacy

Since inception as fabric suppliers in the UK back in 1985, we have constantly strived to put sustainability at the forefront of what we do.
At the time, this meant utilising revolutionary dry printing methods—a method that was unheard of until we trail blazed the way forward, ensuring no harmful chemicals or water was used.

Leading the way.

We have recently invested in solar panels at our head office in Lancashire and we are now running our manufacturing facility, warehousing and offices on 100% solar energy. Hybrid and EV vehicles are currently being rolled out across our entire fleet, and by 2025 we will have moved away completely from fossil fuels.

Our Solar Panels, generating 52,000 Watts of energy per month, Harnessing power from the sun.

Takeback Scheme

As part of our ongoing commitment to reduce our impact on the environment we are very proud to announce the launch of our “Takeback” scheme.

Conscious that all manufacturers should take some responsibility for not just the beginning of a products life but also for the end of the products life, we are offering to take back and recycle your polyester drapery waste. Used and unwanted fabrics normally destined for landfill. We will take it and repurpose it into mattress wadding!

Panaz have always pushed the boundaries and whilst many in our sector will be happy with just placing the responsibility of disposal on end users, we take a different approach.

Simply package your waste and send FAO “Panaz Take Back Scheme” at Panaz HQ, Bentley Wood Way, Burnley, BB11 5ST (scan the QR code for a ready to print label).

Far more cost effective than paying for waste disposal.

Panaz  Sustainability Mission Statement

“In 2018, we introduced ecoTWILL™, a 100% recycled base cloth made from plastic bottles. Our commitment to sustainability extends to our products’ packaging, using recycled and recyclable materials to minimize waste. We also repurpose offcuts and surplus fabrics for sampling or partner companies’ upcycling projects for local charities.”

Our sustainability pledge is for everyone—customers, suppliers, and our workforce. It’s about ongoing improvement in every aspect, from waste management to compliance with environmental laws.
